your picture doesnt really help a lot, you may have your hpr set too high and it is venting the excess, other than that youll probably have to take it apart to fix it

I'd tend to agree with trbo, your hpr is probably set too hight and the lpr is venting. Try lowering your hpr pressure to see if it stops.

if this small hole is on the threads you also may have to put some more plummers tape on it (after removing it from block) or maybe some BLUE lok tite

It should be the overpressure hole from what he sounds like. So zero your pressures, and then raise them again when you have access to a chrono to make sure it's not too high. Worst comes to worse, it's the internal seal, which should be fairly easy to fix (I've never actually worked on a Belsales LPR).

someone told me to never put any color locktight on the pneumatics because its a hassle to get it off. im not sure, since i never tryed, and teflon tape is like 49 cents, instead of a 3 dollar thing of locktight.

threads that go into frontblock shouldn't have ANYTHING on them except the LPR, that gets blue locktited (there's a reason there's a hex-nut on the end, easy removal of blue), or if you like to swap pneumatics a lot, you can use purple (which is selear only, not locker).

The barbs shouldn't be locktited unless you use purple, or the TINIEST amount of blue that you've EVER seen. Literally using a pin to put it on the threads so only 1 thread has it on. Any more than that and you risk damaging the barb if you ever try to take it off.

I always use locktite because it looks better, and lasts longer.

I'll help you guys with the loctite off topic stuff ,but first to answer the original question. First we start by setting up the input pressure. Turn your main reg pressure way down. Next, Turn your IVG so that you see only two threads. Now turn your main reg. up 1/4 turn at a time and check velocity. When you reach 280fps your done seting your input pressure. Now if you LPR is still leaking after this, You will need to take it apart and clean it. Now for the Teftape or loctite. You should never use teftape on any area that leads to the main reg. or lpr. when you tighten the parts down ,threads of the tape can get loose and enter the regs causeing them to be inconsistent or even vent. " been there done that, lol" Blue loctite is not only the best way to go ,but if your time is worth anything to you ,its also cheaper. Hope this helps all involved here-VLLAD
