Trilogy Sport Problem

So here is my problem, I put a pump kit on the gun (Trilogy Sport) a couple weeks ago and it has been working great. However, today when I picked up my gun and fired the ball didn't come out of the barrel. What it feels like is air being shot out partly through the grip frame near the trigger and the other part down the barrel. Any thoughts guys?

Check the bolt, you may have accidentally placed it in upside down.
