If it IS a 99 WGP, and it still has the stock backblock, no those wouldn't fit it. You would need either to get a Pre2K bolt, OR get a 2K+ bolt with a 2K+ backblock.
That bolt will work great. You must clean the inside of the body very well as to eliminate any trace of lubricant and crap and don't ever oil delrin, it'll damage it.
ya i just cleaned the crap out of the receiver. it had so much dirt in it i was surprised it fired with my buddies bolt.

Definitely 2k2. WGP didn't make a VF cocker other than the STO before 2k2. And the 2K3 had a hinge frame stock instead of a slider. those are my favorite post-2K WGP cockers there.
