Cocker "choking" for air

Hi, I have a trilogy comp sf and its working great, but recently i installed a macroline fitting. Luckily I got it right the first time with no leaks, but when I play, if I start shooting rapidly, the gun would "choke up". What I mean is it as if there is not enough pressure going through the gun to recock itself. The gun is still stock and I never messed with the reg at all. Could it be that the macroline isnt delivering enough air to the gun? Or do I need to adjust the regulator because I installed the macroline? Anybody ever had this problem?

Are you shooting on CO2? If you are, you shuold switch back to braided line, macroline tends to freeze up fast when firing rapidly.

No, I'm using HPA.

Do you have to adjust the reg if u switch to a macroline? Or is it the macroline itself that's not delivering enough air to the reg (which the reg is not giving enough air to the gun)?

The macroline should be delivering enough air if it's macro and not microline.

I'm thinking it could be your HPR or LPR being set too low, but since you can't adjust either (HPR and LPR are preset) i'd try putting a few drops of paintball oil on the asa and dry firing a little bit to see if it improves; it could just be that the ram is needing lubrication, that could also cause cocking cycle problems.

Try lubricating the orings of the bolt as well (assuming you have the original aluminium bolt), if the bolt is not lubricated the ram will be hard time cocking the marker.

Sounds like he may have installed the macroline fitting too deep into the marker, which could result in blocked airflow.
