Worrblade = E1 other than minor cosmetic differences.
E2 >>> Worrblade/E1. LCD instead of LED, better battery life, better trigger. Obviously E1 or Worrblade + ZeroB will have the same battery and LCD advantage as the E2. Also, any of the 3 can take the Tadao Yakuza OLED board to get even better battery life, modern tournament modes, and of course that pretty OLED display.
Raceframes were great. However, you basically need to carry your laptop with you, since you can only change modes with it hooked up to your computer (semi auto no biggie). It also uses rechargable batteries, which of course are both a positive and a negative. There are fewer parts out there for them. And for ME, the big killer is that if you DID decide you at some point wanted to get MQ, you'd have to find an ORIGINAL MQ w/ the race connecter. The MQ2 isn't compatible with Race due to them not feeling like designing 2 different noids for the 2 different voltages (9v for E1/E2/Worr, 4.8V for Race). However, it is user upgradable firmware. Depending on which version of Race you got, you could download modern tourney modes for it if needed.
You didn't specifically name it, but I'll also talk about the WorrFRAME. This came after Eblades were discontinued. It's a VERY low quality LED light (not LED readout like the E1) frame. The boards are finicky, the membrane pads that were used are VERY delicate, and they suck battery as bad if not worse than the E1. They also have basically no modes to speak of. However, if you're into modification, you can usually find these cheap, get a YAkuza OLED board, modify the frame so that you could read the OLED and use the buttons (they're physically same dimensions as E2, and the blister pack material makes a great OLED cover to keep paint from it), and the trigger on them was actually, IMO, REALLY NICE!! They also had an integrated rail so you could use your favorite on/off without getting an additional rail.
IMO, E2 + Tadao Yakuza > All. But not cheap.
