I have a 2000 WGP Autococker that I bought 10 years ago. I have 3 barrels, including a Dye boomstick. I've upgraded the valves, regulator, grip, and put a hinge trigger on it. I have a 3000 PSI nitro tank and drop forward.

Since I haven't played for about 5 years, I would like to try to sell all of my gear. Can anyone give me an idea of what it is worth?

Unfortunately, you're looking sub-$100 for the marker. Since the tank is probably long since out of hydro date, you'd be lucky to get $100-$120 for both together. The barrels you're much better off including 1 with the marker, and parting the other 2, since you'll get 1/2 as much for the boomstick by itself as you would for the cocker.
