can i put aa mq2 in a karnivor or do i have to do something to the karni frist

You just have to have the Karnivor spacer for the MQ valve instead of the standard spacer. That's the only difference.

Well, I assumed it would have that since the Karni didn't have an option for the Raceframe, it was always a Worrblade frame, early ones came with E1 board, later ones came with the E2 board, but it was always the Worrblade frame.

did the karnis ever come with a select fire frame? thats what came on my superstock and the mq2 will plug into it the problem is with stock timing it wont shoot at all

Nope, never came with the SF frame either.
