03 Black Magic autococker

I found this autococker used. It has the E-grip and comes with 18.1 c.i. 1800 psi tank. Iv'e never used one of these, are these good guns, and what kind of air pressure do you use. Thats a small tank that it comes with. Is it worth $300.
thanks for any help. Also is the marker to old to still find upgrades, or is it just better left alone.

They are good guns, but it isn't worth $300. They're quite complicated and could be overwhelming for someone new to autocockers unless they have access to a good tech. That tank will get 100 shots or less on an e-cocker. They are designed for pump players to use because they are extremely small and light, and pump players don't shoot very much. If you're going to spend $300 on a used gun, find an old Intimidator if you want something reliable, fast, and easy to find parts for.

old thread, but I'm just finding stuff to do for a little bit before I knock out.

For $300. It's not worth it. Even if it had all the nicest upgrades on it. I still wouldn't pay that much.

Autocockers are for the tinkering kind like myself. That's the only reason why anyone would really get one anyways.

Stick to a Tippmann Custom 98 with E-Grip or a Spyder with one with tons of upgrades available.
