Is it sposed to be able to slide around ? I couldnt find/see anyway to screw it in or lock it on...Its a CP reg if that matters.

there is a hole at the front of the rail. i know mine did not come with a set screw, i had to take the set screw out of my old shocktech drop. u can probably pick one up at the proshop

I saw that screw but there wasnt any were on the On/Off were it would seem to go in : \

just put the on off on and tighten the screw...

Tighten it to a point were it grinds into the on/off...

yes. tighten it so it pushes on the on/off and keeps it in place

I cant find an allen wrench that fits the screw. The Allen set that i have is like 12 allen wrenches together on a swing frame deal. I cant get it into an angel to reach the tiny screw.
