ya, definatly sounds like your 3-way timing is off. Try adjusting you actuater rod either forward or backwards

If you gas it up and it's leaking out the 3 way, you may have a bent actuator rod, but most likely your timing is off. Loosen the setscrew on the timing collar, and turn the collar counterclockwise (looking at it from the back of the gun) and see if that helps. It sounds like your actuating point is set too close the front of the trigger pull and the 3 way is venting when the trigger is at rest.

it sounds like you hav ea hammer spring that is too heavy for your valve and its holding it open. youll have horrible efficiency. maybe its just stuck. either way you should cock the gun(pull back on the cocking rod til it catches). THEN gas it up after that.

What you should do, is go thru the autococker sticky, read how to time, and time it step by step because it doesnt sound like its correctly timed.

Your autococker is new, and I see no reason as to why you would have to change the springs as flatlander suggested just to get it to operate properly. The only reason I have heard of people needing to change their springs is because of some kind of hammer or valve upgrade.

Try it out and tell us what happens. What your problem entails most likely only has to do with the searlug length and the threeway actuation point. Go through and time every aspect though...it couldnt hurt. AIM me at guitarjunki17 if you need further help.
