It all depends on if you set the trigger to pull short, but either way, as a mechanical, your cocker is never going to be close to a mouse click as other electros on the market. With the mechanical, you have to completely pull, and completely release the trigger to actuate the firing process correctly, so as to not short stroke, causing double feeds and chops. So the max you can get on a mechanical cocker is around 8-10 BPS, but with no upgrades, probably somewhere around 7-8 BPS. With an electro, you can get upwards of 30 BPS.
