A Cheap cocker would Be around.. 350. 04 03 VF cockers. Check the B/S/T forums.. Or check That trailor of yours..

Look hard enough you can get a WGP 03 Vert Feed, For around $240-$260

or get a used 2k3 with ups for 200-300 range, there are lots of nice ones

Probably a new barrel, after you get HPA. You will also want an electronic hopper like a 12volt revvy or an empire reloader.
