pump arm bent?
think thats what its called, the rod that goes from the ram to the back block..
so i always noticed my back block goes a bit to the side.. (left when holding to shot) never paid much attention.. then yesterday i was cleanng and took the bolt and cocking rod off and noticed that it goes to the left quite a bit.. and when i push it to line up its moving the rest of the arm even where it goes into the ram.. i figure this cant be good...
well?
oh yeah.. and its not that the arm is spun wrong.. the manufacatured bend in it blew the feed nexk is in the right position to go tight and parrele with the body

It is supposed to have a bend in it, but the way he is explaining it, it sounds like there is another bend/an over bend in the bend that is supposed to be there. Just bend it back to the proper place so your backblock isn’t crocked, that should fix it.

alright.. notice in the yellow box that the hole for the bolt in the back block doesnt match up with the hole for the bolt in the reciever..
then the red line is the edge of black block and hte blue is the edge of the reciever, so it is significantly bent it seems..... like say your following it from the ram.. it bends once towards the reciver then it just bend again to make it parralle to the reciever.. im thinkgin it was over bent and is now past being parrelle...

i dont think its fine though.. its take the paint off the end of the reciever and when i have to move it to fit the bolt it.. it like moves the whole arm, and where it goes into the ram.. that cant be too good for it

Mine looks like that too, I dont let it bother me, and it doesnt seem to affect the proformace any. I just let it be, it straightens out when you put the cocking rod/ bolt in.

take the back block off
then spin the pump arm 180 or so degrees then put the back block back on
because there is supose to be a bend near the front of the arm. it needs to bend closer to the body
your might be bending away from the body
hope that helps

Hmmmm I think it should be like that.. If not turn the pump arm half a turn or so and if that doesnt work... pliers and a vice!
