It's made by bob long. Save up $16 more bucks and get a cp regulator.(pm if you need the website, you get more color choices than chrome and black) If you're on a low budget then it'll do.

No, that's the Torpedo. The only Tornado I've ever heard of is the valve made by AKA. I'd recommend the CP reg (budget or not, they still make awesome stuff) or the Palmer Stabilizer (if you can afford to throw in a few extra bucks).
