It stands for Quick Exaust Valve, it is attached to the ram (2 of them, front and back of the ram), and allows the excess air from the ram, out at the ram, rather than having to travel through the LP hose, and out the 3-way, some think its a scam, but I think its pretty lagit.

Theres also TRV's (turbo release valves) they work pretty much the same as qevs, but made by wgp

^^^ They only fit STO and STO clone rams though.
