this is terrible, they can't do it, autocockers will not officially suck, their as much as spyders... If they do this, spyders will probably go out of production, or they'll be made WORSE and less expensive, or better and more expensive, and suddenly, instead of sayining 'you have a spyder, it's a beginner gun' AUTOCOCKERS will be spyders, how could they do it...why...

What in the hell are you talking about? I see this as a good opportunity for autocockers to be more exposed to newer players. They will be more reliable than a spyder any day.

gas through fore grips, SINGLE triggers??? they'll suck now... tey can't make an autococker that cheap and still make money... Anyway, do you want EVERYONE AND THEIR GRANDMA to have an autococker?

I was very dissapointed when I saw this also. The intergrated 3way for more reliabilty is the part that really strikes me. Now they can not use THEIR own products on THEIR markers (worrblade). Some of these do not even have regs. They claim to hype this up to the new players buy saying the front block is "nexus like" and is "more reliable and faster". This will effect the amount of cockers on the feild drasticlly.

Like it will be good when their are a dozen new players at the feild with their IVG's turned in all the way to the valve retaining nut due to a weak spring and timing problems missing game after game because the cocker tech is swarmed with little problems? I see it as a bad thing. They introduce cockers to new players now as a gun with many problems instead of "the complicated markers" they used to be recognized as?

whoa... gas thru grips and single triggers, $179.99! Those things dont look too good. They might have cut some corners. And your right a lot more people will have them because of the price, but that isnt necessarily a bad thing.

I agree with MP11, newer players who have them will just think its a crappy gun because they'll have too many problems that they dont know how to deal with

what they dont tell you is that it will be worse than a stock 04 cocker, and its upgradability is a lot less

I'm thinking they will be keeping the current models, this will just take the place of the base autococker. On one hand it is going to be a major loss for people like me who love the original design and all it stands for, on the other hand so many other companies are making excellent autocockers that worr just can't make any money off it anymore to stay in buisness. Imagine that, Budd Orr beat Palmer by taking his basic design and creating a cheaper more widespread version and now the same has happened to Budd. What comes around goes around I guess. I think creating these entry level markers is the only way Worr will be able to stay in buisness, it seems not as many people appriciate autocockers anymore.

Yeah, i don't see what all the freaking out is about - unless they say they'll discontinue them, don't worry they won't. I mean, this is just another model of spyder, thats all, besides plenty of people have made spyder-cocker hybrids, there is notes on how to do this on the net even, and i've heard tale they are reliable, however, I don't know how valid that is.

cockers are old and are slowly fading away from rookies and up ive started to see more begginers with prooly timed autocockers ect. The more experience players are going tfor electro-pnuematic guns because cockers just cant seem to keep up so they are just going to go down from here. I think this is WGP's final and last attempt. Reaching out to new players.

All i can say to this is WAH WAH WAH STOP WHINING. Not everybody likes blowing 600 on a paintball gun. Holy balls. If a new player has an autococker who gives a hell. Just because a newb doesnt have a brass eagle so you can school him. Let some noobs have a chance. My god were all 7 yrs old. boo friggity hoo.

They won't ever fade away, as long as there are still players out there like me who like being able to fix their marker on their own, use it in the rain, not have to charge batteries, ect. There are still plenty of A/C on all levels. A lot of pros who use them are people who like having the ability to switch to a completely mechanical marker if something goes wrong electronically, and still keep the same familier marker.
