Project: "Saviour".
Saviour (n.) - One who saves, preserves, or delivers from destruction or danger.
What I have done is compiled all the old posts of this site, and others, looking for the best reviews, the opinions of the people, and my own personal tastes regarding what makes the "perfect" Cocker. I will tell you right now that there is no perfect Cocker. It all comes down to a matter of opinions and again, personal taste.
Over the next few weeks I will be posting my parts list and posting pictures of the assembly of Project: "Saviour" with the hopes that it will result into, with lack of a better term, one God of a Cocker.
Here is what is on the parts list as of now:
- Mini. Fastback Body
- eBlade II
- Posion Arrow Barrel Kit
- Eclipse QEVs
- Crossfire 68/4500 Tank
- Halo B w/ Rip Drive and Victory Board
EDIT: Added 9/6/04
- Nexus Ram
- Palmer Micro. Rock w/ FF Knob
- Nexus Internals
- Docs' Flat Front Block Screw
- Jackal Front Block w/ FF Mini-Vert ASA
- Empire On/Off
- CP Rail
That is the parts list that will come in the next few weeks. I am still compiling information as to what Pneumatics, On/Off, and make of Rail I will be using. The items above are just "core" items I will use.
Thoughts, comments, diseases?

Free Flow or nexus ram, and Palmer Micro Rock for the pneumatics. CP or Palmer Stabilizer inline. Free Flow or Nexus internals. I'll name more if I think of them.

I would get a palmers micro rock w. ff knob, 44 magun ram, aka 2 liter reg, maxxy tank, belsales supercharger valve, get a mini fastback, a jackal front block w. ff mini vert asa, docs flat front block screw, etc.

the perfect cocker is the one u trade for a matrix or timmy. seriously, i am the cocker god and i say screw um
that is one of the best setups i have seen though. get FF springs, microrock lpr, empire on/off and cp rail. get a cp inline reg, it owns the sidewinder (i have both regs, sluts)

I have to agree with hungry. I love my cocker to death, but if I were shopping for a new gun *now* I'd go trix definately.
Although a Fastback bodied cocker with all those other upps would be *just* as good. The fastback is the coolest looking body I've ever seen on a cocker.

Of course I am not backing out, but may I ask peoples opinions onto this projects apparent performance compared to that of say, a Karnivor?

You'll own the Karni with that setup performance wise...The Karni is still a great cocker though... It also looks awesome and is extremely light (although the body you picked will be lighter more than likely)

how about you consider a osiris up-grade kit instead of and e-blade.
http://members.cox.net/pgipaintguns/page12.html
if you dont know what it is check the site and videos.
i just remebered it and will be spending my money on the kit with the rocking trigger.

^^^ The Osiris is cool but it's basically just a Timmy in a cocker body
Eblade 2 keeps the marker a true autococker.

When Turtle half-blocks cockers they put it on a rail, which wears down the anno. If you were to get Martin, Palmers, Race, or Doc to do it, their deisgn allows the bolt/back block to float. Your Project: "Saviour" cocker would be comparable to a Karnivor. The Karnivors biggest feature is the ICS, which is basically what Doc's Fastbacks have (they cock internally, they do not use cocking rods). The other parts on your Project: "Saviour" cocker would be just as good, if not better.

Wait, if are you just trying to compile a list of what would BE the best cocker? Or are you actually going to build this?
