u know when u dont have air u can cock it and shoot it if the e blades on. before when the bolt was in the gun and i cocked it it shot every couple of clicks. Then everytime i took the bolt out and i cocked it it shot everytime. Now either way when i cock it it doesnt shoot (maybe once every 20 clicks). And i dont have the eye installed and yes its turned off

Change your battery and check your SON time. Your SON time should be at 4 +/- 1 probably.
