choppin

alright start off usin draxxus blaze its a lil loose in my barrel but thats it.

it was clean and free of obstructions.

its timed right.

and it just started doin this today never before have i chopped so much.

idk if its just the paint or my gun.

i havent upgraded anything right before playin today.

the paint i got just yesterday. and ive used crappier paint and had 0 chops thru a case

also im usin a slide trigger so i KNOW im not shortstrokin.

i also am usin a revvy.

so ive narrowed it down to either im outshooting the revvy or the paint blows.

it happens more likely when i fan the trig so im thinkin im outshootin the revvy i put fresh batteries in like last week.

ok, well:
Revvy's will chew through batters like a mofo so try new batteries.
where are you shopping the paint? If it's in the feed neck then you are getting blowback. to test this: take a piece of grass(NOT dank- i mean like grass from yer lawn) or paper and put it over the feedneck. If it moves, then you need to make it fire a little earlier.
that should fix it... if not, pm me

If the paint is too loose in the barrel, it will bounce around and break, that might be your problem.

Also, how is your detent, it might be double feeding, leading to excessive breaks.

the detent is pretty rough as in its not double feedin. i;ll try that tippmann but i dont have any air now that i had to hsoot an extra case tryin to hit ppl from 2 feet away.

its 02 and the last game i played i just got royally pissed off paint in the barrel the bolt the top chamber, and the hopper. i broke my elbow gettin my hopper off im pretty sure it was the paint. ive used smaller paint and nothin happend.

just thinkin now i used about a hopper full of diff paint and none of them chopped so its most likely the paint.

yeah thats kinda wierd that only one kinda paint broke... idk- maybs it was a soft batch. Also if the paint was way too small it would prolly just roll out your barrel.
mehh- but try the blowback test, that might still cause probs later on.

tippmann i did that test using differnt sizes of papper and it never fell off. so it had to be the paint.
