I have an 2003 orracle w/ Pure Energy 4500psi/68cu and I'm only getting about 800 shots out of the tank. Can't figure out what the problem might be. Maybe needs timing? I also have a crackling sound in the three way. Any help appreciated.

possibly a leak somewhere? thats what the case sounds like to me....
a crackling sound?.........hmmm possibly something stuck in the system...
try dis-esembling it and then put it back tgether,try it and then roport back.

awwww! that makes me feel all tingley inside
yeah you need to replace a seal on the 3-way shaft. Even if It doesn't look messed up, it still may have abrasions and cracking. Also- after your replace the o-rings, oil the shaft up good with 3-in-1 oil. Then re-install it, and turn your lpr all the way down. Air up, then slowly increase your lpr pressure.
