take off the lpr(which may recuire removing the lpr's barb), then scrape off the old teflon tape and put some fresh on and screw it back in.

hard to tell with that small of a pic. looks like it tho. not leaking where the brass fitting goes in but on the outer edge where the reg itself would be broken down. kind of like pic but other side. ( I couldn't find a pic of side with the brass nipple.)

Palmer's has a lifetime warranty. Shoot them an email and describe your problem.

Called a tech at palmer, after the "at your own risk" and " our of warrenty at this point" speach he told me it would be fine to just add new locktite.
So hopefully that will resolve the issue. I will update after I test it.

sry about that. i was a lil confused. either way, locktite, or teflon(in w/e form) will seal up any leak.

ya, I had teflon last night. That doesn't work in there. the threads are too aggresive. it just pushed it all out. Locktite is the key. Thanks for the help guys.

OMG-
PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING THAT DOESN'T SUCK: either take off your frame + acuator rod, or even better PUT THE FRONT BLOCK SECURELY IN A VICE before your remove the LPR, or it will 90% likely bend your acuating rod and 3-way shaft to hell. If he has a workshop vice, wrap a washcloth around the front block, then put it in making CERTAIN that it is clamped around the block and NOT TOUCHING the acuator rod at all... i've broken 3-way shafts in halves doing this before and it's not fun.

thanks for the concern tippmannbeast I got it fixed. locktite did the trick, wich I thought it would. I was actually more concerned with it failing later. I would rather just replace it, then band aid it. After speaking to a palmer tech we both agreed that locktite would fix it..and it did.

thanks for all the help guys.

i feel sorry for you if you start trying to remove it and don't realize that you don't have it secured and you are twisting the whole block. thats just sad.

if you speak english and know anything about cockers it will make sense. If you said what you were confused about, then I wouldn't have to post this; instead, I could have just re-worded whatever part you had a ? about.
...but instead, I have to check back here again in 2 days to see if you posted again, and re-post what I said.
thanx!

Your entire last post was about breaking or bending the actuating rod and/or 3-way shaft while in the process of removing the LPR. That subject should have been obvious to anyone who speaks English, let alone anyone who knows anything about Autocockers.

Now the question, rephrased, is how did you manage to bend/break those parts?

I've removed my LPRs many times and not come across this problem.
