I'd go nexus kit, never seen one in action, but the ram is so smooth and light.

Me too. I hear horror storys about how bad the springs are, and at the price they charge you for a Nexus Kit I think everything should be top-notch.

Go with the Free Flow kit.

FF- I love my FF internals + ram; but if you get the ram, grab a QEV or two while you're at it; they help reduce shortstroking and contribute to a 'snappier' acuation.

qev's allow excess air to be exausted through the ram, instead of the 3-way so there is less crap going on in the 3-way, making for a smoother stroke and a 'cleaner' feeling acuation process.
