I was surprised to see autocockers for under $200. made me almost think about getting one...but i will get a mag instead...im talking about the 2005 WGP Autococker Competition and 2005 WGP Autococker Sport.

They are cheap because they are a lower grade of quality. Also, with the built in pnuematics they arn't very upgradeable. WGP made these markers to appeal to new players. To make these markers cheaper to produce, in order for WGP to charge less for them, they made them with lower grade parts. They basically tried to cut some corners.

Actually, they are quite nice for the price and I heard their are some knock-off E-Blades that will fit.

They ARE NOT the 2005 AutoCockers. They were made to compete with low-end markers. I have heard good things about them. You guys need to stop talking crap about them unless you have shot one.

yes they suck. search the forum and you'll find about a dozen threads like this. bottom line, they suck. they are autocockers, but they are totally non upgradeable. you cannot replace the 3-way, you cannot swap out front blocks, etc. they practicly destroy the essence of the autococker, upgradeability.

were not talking about how well they shoot. A cocker will shoot like a cocker no matter what but were mostly dissing its upgradability

hmm, thats a good question. I'm gonna take a guess and say that the timing is probably all locked down.

You guys are complaining that you cannot replace any of the parts on the 3-way, yet the parts on them are really good. The only reason you guys are putting these markers down is because of the intergrated 3-way, big whoop. They were made to compete with low-end markers. If I remember right but a lot of beginners tend to only put a few upgrades on their blowbacks. The Trilogy Series is made in the idea of that.

They are not crap, they are just lower-end cockers for BEGINNERS.

You're very right. Shot a couple now (competition and pro), so here goes:

I'm serious. The competition is WORSE THAN A STOCK DRAGUN DRAGUNFLY MECH!!!!! I can't even imagine how horrible the sport is. The pro is tolerable, but for the price, you can get MUCH better guns, or a cheaper gun and upgrade it past the pro.

They are crap when compared to all other cockers. For a new guy they are good. BUt really the bottom line is all mech cockers suck. They lack the speed nessecary to keep up in tourney level play. In all other areas the things are good (all mech cockers that is)

I am going to have to deny that mech cockers suck...but i can understand that if you are person who cares mostly about BPS, then ya, a mech cocker prob can't compete with a electric gun like a BKO.

That's why i want to get an eframe .

Also...Why the hell buy a Trilogy Pro when you can now get a 03 Vert for almost exact same price...maybe ten bucks more

WTF...Knock off eblade?!? you can turn a trilogy into electric!??

I should of known, but im still a newb to piantball gun. they had an 05 autopcocker in sports authority in a starter pack from like 250.
