Well at the field I worked at everything is expensive, a typical 12V revvy would be around 80 bux...

does he have an adjustable tank? tell him to turn it down to around 750-800 psi. if not.. then try some steel braided...

You do know that without any interferance anything can be made a straight line, right? It's like when you are in a plane, besides the fact that the plane is travelling much faster than a car, what makes it get to the destination faster? It does not have to follow the roads like cars do, it can go above the buildings and what-not. Piviting 90* Fittings come with near every macroline kit.

They make your marker taller and hurt your shooting stance.

For the most part, besides the fact that it is rated at a MUCH higher pressure, seeing as how the pressure was not lowered by the regultor yet.
As for macroline vs. steel braided hose:
Reliablitiy: Steel hoses will never let you down.
User Friendly-ness: Macroline is as simple as cutting and placing.
Looks: Macroline can be found in colors to match your marker.

macro is awsome as long as you oil the o-rings, but if you dont they will start leaking.

last i checked macro didnt have orings... but putting vaseline or dow33 on the ends of the the macro where it connects helps the collars slide out and seal.

why does it bust? i dont wanna buy macroline if it constantly busts (what do u mean by bust tho, comes out of the asa or something? )
and u guys say it has leaks, how often? because i want to get macroline but if it just breaks and leaks, whats the point?
why do you need to cut it with scissors? can u take a knife and wrap the macro around it and pull both ends???
last thing, how do you put macroline in? I dont have my gun yet and i didnt put my steel hose in my current gun so i have no experience with this whatsoever, sry lol
thanx -

correction to the newb that said macro is like the 3way hoses.
3 way hoses are micro line.
Macro line is larger and more thick and more rigid.

Ok, last time i checked, 3way hoses are a ***** to put on. I posted that last picture for a reason. Its easy as hell to connect, all you do is slide it into the fitting.
Cake.

no one specified they meant fittings:-p
and to clear everything up...
macro (big in latin) line = teh bottomline hose
micro (small in latin) line = teh 3way hose
