I would suggest you learn to time it really well, then time for a very short trigger pull. set your sear stop on you frame to limit unneeded trigger pull, then get a heavier hammer, and a spring kit.
your biggest battle is going to be how fast you can pull that trigger. you gun should be able to fire around 12 bps stock so you only limitations are your fingers right now.

also try a Shocktech Bomb($39.99) or WGP Orracle 3-way(around $40). they will help shorten the trigger pull and help your fingers pull faster
the nexus upgrade kit ($179.99)from Planet Eclipse will also help minimize cycling time, thus making your marker capable of higher bps
as jaggy said, you will need to be able to time your marker very well, and know it like the back of your hand. good luck!

I try to recomend the ups in the right order. you could throw internals at it...but seriously you won't need to increase the cycleing rate until you can out shoot the marker w/ your fingers. the 3 way would be a good upgrade too. the orracle can be adjusted for a very specific pull, and the shocktech will also shorted pull slightly. good call no1tubaplayer

i understand what your tring to say boomer, but i got the impression that he didnt think he wanted an eblade yet... but yes, if you are ready for one, go for it! it is most possibly the best upgrade for autocockers.

shocktech bomb 3-way. sooo much better than stock. couple that with a great trigger job and you'll basicly have top bps out of a mech.

A good 3-way (Orracle, Bomb, Hollow Point) combined with a good ram (Nexus, 44 Magnum, STO) AND maybe some QEV's/TRV's will probably get you the most BPS outta a mech cocker. Of course assuming you timed it just right.

don't forget about the new response trigger that (someone? i think it's deadly wind) is making! should be cheaper than an e-blade, and no batteries neccesary

its not a response trigger. its called the HaiR trigger. and it is made by deadly wind. there may be other sorts of things in the works but the deadly wind is the origional. it uses pnumatics in the grip and what not to make the pull like that of an e-blade.

12? stock? no way buddy, the fastest even the highest end of mechanicaly cockers can go is 11/12, he's not gonna get 12 outa a stock mech cocker. probably more around 8.

A cheap mod people always overlook is a rounded hammer lug. They're $3 and they make for a smoother pull.
My cocker can outshoot my empire reloader. I have a FF med. weight hammer with rounded hammer lug, FF ram w/ QEV's, Bomb 3-way, Micro Rock and light FF springs. But, since that goes for over $250 new, I reccomend grabbing the FF Tungsten hammer kit (comes with hammer, lug, springs + VA for like $50) and a shocktech Bomb 3-way. This, if properly timed and setup, would greatly increase you BPS and allow for a shorter, lighter and smoother pull.
