who cares really though. the 2k5 is goign to be just like the 2k2, 2k3, and 2k4---> they're all the same, but with just better appearance every yeah. i'd rather buy a slightly less milled out gun then pay and additional *>$100 for 2 streaks across the side (aka 2k3 vs 2k4)

The reg and pneumatics on the 2k4 are vastly improved compared to the 2k3. Wgp isn't that type of company.

Vastly improved? They're almost no different other than nickel plating to make them look prettier.
I've read on other forums (and it may very well be wrong, I'm just posting it) that several people have heard that wgp won't be releasing an 05 cocker, that the trilogy is all they're releasing for 05, and the 04's will just continue on.

i'm w/ bob, but i don't think that wgp is supid enough to make the trilogy THE cocker. that ones is just rumor miller. i really think that the 2k5's won't really be any diff from the 2k4's...

first, timing on a triology isnt locked down. it is fully adjustable! parts like the bolt, hammer, vlave, and regs can be upgreaded.and Bud Orr himself said that the triology can be ebladed, not knockoff blade... but a real one. they dont perform like an e-orry, or a raced halfblock... thats a given. its sole purpose is to attract new players to the sport, which we need. it gives them a brand name at a bargain price.

WGP and JT did not merge. K2 (owner of JT) bought WGP. K2 owns many companies, like Brass Eagle, JT, and Veiwloader. K2 also owns companies that do not just make paintball equipment, K2 makes skies, and basically everything too.

Basically K2 is funding WGP.

Bud Orr said that if K2 did something he didn't want, Bud Orr would not let it happen. So if someone goes "Hey, Brass Eagle, JT, and Viewloader makes all low end markers, so K2 forced WGP to do the same." is wrong.

i honestly dont see why they would need to put out a 2k5... So they mill it differently? big deal, if someone wants a cocker that bad, they will buy one, so i think WGP wouldnt really make any net profit with putting out a whole new line. Better just keep the line working how it is, and pushing out quality markers.
