hehe. look at jaggy's siggy. i don't know about anybody else, but he only gets about half a case per battery. grips are standard 45 panel grips. not made for comfyness, but they work.

eblades eat batteries like no other, they will last longer if u arent dryfiring it a bunch but that is hard to resist. i think the grips are nice though. the ebalde is definately a required upgrade for your cocker

i have no clue if the stock battery is rechargeble, but i prefer regular batteries anyway. the gun wont really work mechnically if its out of battery, but if u press the little button the soleniod the it will shoot.i think u have to time it when u first put the eblade but i dont no if u have to keep doing it after the that cuz im not a cocker expert.

E-Blade uses about 1 batt every 4-6000 shots, lasts a bit longer but I don't risk it. Battery meter on the back as soon as it moves down 2 I replace. You can use rechargables make sure they aren't crappy low voltage ones though.
Stock Battery is not rechargable just go out and buy a 9v NIMH and a charger, the new energizer 15min ones aren't bad.
I've never ran out in a day of use, maybe a scenario 24hour would be different.

first, the eblade DOES not accept standard 45 grips. you can only use grips made specifically for the blade. E1/E2 grips are interchangeable.. i find both rather comfy.
it doesnt come stock with a battery. u can use 9V Alkaline batteries, or buy a rechargable battery... if u go with a rechargeable, go with a NiMh mattery opposed to a NiCD... i prefer alkalines, because you can get more shots out of a 9V than u can out of a 7.2V NiMH battery.
The eblade can not be converted to mech if the battery dies, no way to do that. batteries arent hard for me to replace tho... i went to the hardware store and got some phillips head screws that fit, much easier to use than the hex heads IMO.
The Eblade comes factory timed electronically. there are 3 presets, Factory F, M, and S. Thats for Fast, Medium, or Slow. You can also tweak the settings, but i dont reccomend doing that until very experienced with the Eblade system. Factory Fast with Eyes is all you will most likey ever need. w/o eyes is capped at 10.42 bps, and with eyes it uncapped.
Hope this helped with any furher questions,
Aaron
Good Luck with ur blade! i love mine

I had a bad eye that was grounding to the body, that was causing my 500ish shots per battery issue. after that I would say I am right with Oscarine at 4-6 K per batt.
much better than what I was used too. (My imp get about 10K tho...) It could be better, could be worse.
One thing to keep in mind when talking about recharbables tho, is that if you use a nickle Metal Hydried battery you will get alot of shots per battery, and be able to recharge it but.....NMH batteries have almost no shelf like. So you would have to charge it each day before you play, or use for 2 days in a row. Nicad is a little better for shelf life but has the memory effect. (crystals form in the sell that prevent a full charge). Lithiam is coming on strong tho. Lithiam would be an ok option execpt the fact that the cells are 3.4 volts each (tuff to make 9.6V) and the form factor is not good for inside the grip (rechargeables anyway). down side to lithiam is if you rapid charge or rapid discharge it will explode!
My suggestion, learn a little about batteries, get some NMH rechargeables and cary a couple alkalines in your tool box. You can also get lithiam 9v batteries. may be a good alternative for alkaline, but a $7 a pop I didn't want to try them.
If any of you guys are RC guys then you should have some decent battery knoledge and maybe even a car charger.
Feel free to PM if you have any battery questions, I can at least point you in the right direction.
