Well I want to make my "back-up" mech more interesting so i'm getting a slider that will replace my hinge. He said all I need to do is switch the 1st and 3rd hose on the 3-way and that I need to get my sear pin from my hinge. From all of this is he telling the truth because it makes since that hinges move the acuating rod forward and sliders move them backwards. I talked alittle with this guy i'm talking about and he said that I shouldn't have to retime my gun if I didn't make my hinge trigger frame's pull shorter?

i don't know what he's talkin about w/ the sear crap. just replace the frame and see what you have. you will need to swap the hoses and you will most likley need to do a retime to make it perform properly.
