are you sure that you know what you are doing? what are you trying to adjust? that lug? to adjust the lug you just remove the bolt and stick the proper sized allen wrench down through the hole in the top of the gun. if you are talking about the sear stop on wgp hinge trigger frames then you just have to take off the grips and stick the properly sized allen wrench into the hole near the top of the frame(inside grip section) and turn it to the right.

sounds like he was adjusting the set screw on the trigger. (allen that holds trigger on pin) If it was very stiff and would only loosen and you got to it by taking the hinge off the body and comining at it from the tob of the trigger. you need to tighten that back up.
Larry has you on the right track to adjust the sear stop and lug.

yeah you know the hole in the top of the body? take your hammer and bolt out, put your allen wrench down that hole and turn it clock wise, that will shorten your trigger pull , but if I were you i'd put the frame back on it and ley some one who knows what they are doing do that, no from some video on the internet.
(P.S. If you turn it to far you will not have any trigger pull and then you have too screw w/ it even more)
