cleaning external

whats a good metal shine for 04 vert feed the fron reg is really dirty how should i clean it..i dont wanna spen lots so whats a cheap thing

Water with a little rubbing alcohol in it will take the grim off pretty well.

thats what I use aswell. I keep it in a spray bottle w/ my gear. hose it down and wipe it down before it goes back in the bag.

I use brasso on my nickel and anodized reg, it shines it up like new, you should be able to getsome for under $5.

for general cleaning water and alchohol. if you need to polish your parts MAKE SRUE that you read the package of the product you want to use so that you know that it won't hurt the finish. go to the grocery store and look at what they have. brasso is good stuff, but theres this stuff(tad expensive tho) called Maas. that stuff will take off dirt where you didn't think there was dirt. awesome stuff. just takes a little to do the job too.
