Nylraton is also freakishly light, and stronger than delrin. But, there isn't that much of a difference between materials and performance, so I would just grab a Superfly for $35.

2 reasons you don't oil delrin. It is softer than metal, and oil will cause grit to stick to it and cause it to wear prematurely. also the oil will get sucked up into the pores and cause swelling.
delrin doesnt swell, its a myth.

^wrong- delrin will expand
...but not much. Delrin and Nylratron have both been broven to swell a little. I've seen charts that show it does. It wouldn't have a heck of alot of an effect tho... it would have to be submersed in liquid for a few hours to make it swell.
