you put oil anywhere there is 2 objects up against one another...
Metal to Metal
Bolt to Bore
EVERYWHERE THERE IS AN ORING, there better be oil or lube on it.
Cover all these bases and you should be good

I prefer DOW if you can get it. and just lube the orings on your bolt. oil will have a tendency to drip and run, so if you overoil your bolt you will end up with oil in the breach. (zig-zaggy ball flight) so use the oil a little spareingly and more often.
basicly any oring needs lube. the main reason is to keep them form drying out and cracking. too much oil is a bad thing. also don't lube your sear w/ oil. use a teflon lube for that if desired.

hmmm, I would not recomend this unless you mean take the reg off and put oil directly into the ASA. while the oil will not be bad for the reg the grime that builds up in your ASA will be. like sand paper on the orings in your reg. the oil will pick it up and shred you orings in the reg.

when in doubt, dump your gun in a bath of oil....
jk
For general maintenence if you don't want to take apart your cocker every time, just put about 5-10 drops of oil in the asa then dry fire. Some people say to take out the bolt when you do this, idk why, it's never a problem for me...

vaseline onaluminum bolt.
if upgraded to delrin use slick honey on orings, or nothing. delrin is self lubing.

I beleave he was talking about the thing I circled in the below image.
It seems to be somthing that was on the older generation frames, and it got removed as the newer frames came out. All cosmetics.

if you want better efficiency read this
Ultimate Cocker Efficiency Guide
I reccomend buying a new inline reg, like a CP ($60) to make your marker happier. Cockers run alot nicer with a better ram, 3-way, and Inline reg. It makes them acuate 'cleaner' and snappier.

i personally think the cp reg is a piece of ****, and prefere my palmers stabilizer. Delrin is not "self lubricating". That term is thrown around worse then the school whore. Delrin just simply has a super low cooeffcient of friction. I am surprised someone doesnt make a bolt out of teflon... probably costs quite a bit more.

delrin is self lubricating. It excretes a minute amount of oil being that it is petroleum based. and nylatron (free flow) is basicly your teflon equivelent.
2 reasons you don't oil delrin. It is softer than metal, and oil will cause grit to stick to it and cause it to wear prematurely. also the oil will get sucked up into the pores and cause swelling.
