well, i bought the frame. It comes with a frame and noid. I'd rather wait on the barrel, becasue you can find barrels anytime, but drallion frames ar pretty hard to come by

If you don't mind a little roll out then don't worry about the barrel. It's obviously not that bad or you would want to upgraded it.
I used to have 2 identical piranha g3's. same 9 inch barrle on both (loaner guns) and one of them (same bag of paint) would drive tacks w/ the stock barrel, while the other was all over the place. I sold that gun and recomended the guy upgrade the barrel, He is still driving tacks with that stock barrel. Other than some quieter porting, he has no reason to upgrade.

werid. there is a reason why palmer says to get a really good barrel you need to match it to the actual gun it is to be used on. there is a hell of a lot more to accuracy than average joe gives it.

well, larry. you know I am a huge fan of barrel kits. I believe heavily in bore to paint match. I guess my point was that if a guy (screwedupmonkey) is going to ignore 3 solid recomendation for a barrel over the trigger frame and get the frame anyway then he must not be noticing a roll out problem or he would have already sought out a new barrel. Also I was adding a little personal experience where a custom barrel would and did not change anything for a very specific application. I really could not believe my eyes. A freakin mech blow back hitting ball on ball accurate with a 9 inch stock barrel. I made him try the J&J ceramic, and it was quieter but not more accurate.
I guess I just thought I would throw him a bone since he was going to blatenly ask for advice and then do what ever he thougth he would do before asking.

if u havnt noticed, i am not new to paintball at all, and know teh effects a barrel has on a gun. I was ofere a dye ultarlite for 50, or drallion frame for 75. I figured, hey, u dont ocme across these frames everyday, so i decided to get. Aww shucks, there goes one more day of ballin with out a new barrel, but hey, no ill be throwmin 15 at teh guy instead of 5.

actually, i just ignored everyones advice, and im sory if i hurt your feelings
i looked this threw very carefullly, and decided oon the frame. Y pass up a very rare opportunity and by a new frame, or wait another month for a barrel.
Im sorry i hurt your feelong by not picking the barrel. And im sure none of you have even tried a drallion frame, so i took my question overto teh nation, where i got a very fervenent, 'get the frame'.
once agaoin, im sorry for hurting your feelings, even though i didnt ignore anyones posts, i just did wat was right
edit;i also noticed everybody gave me a very convincing lecture on y to get teh barrel
"it will increse your accuracy"
that really helped me in my desicion, no way barrels incrase accuracy?
