The best thing is that you dont have to spend $90,000 to get a car like that to run 10s. Beef up a 350, say 10,000$ right there for the hell of it (machine work, boring, porting, heads, high lift roller cam, roller rockers, high comp pistons, heavy injectors, and then a bigger fuel pump to compensate)...a vortec blower for 5000$, full exhaust for 1000$, Nitrous Oxide for 700$, 12 bolt posi rear for 500$, beef up that tranny, $1500. That was being generous, and comes to a
total of $18,700
To me, that seems like a setup that would break 10s. Lol, set of drag slicks too, but you get my point. Besides, he claimed it was apparently running on street tires, but anyone knows a car putting out enough power to run 10s needs slicks to remotely hook up on the launch.

It's extremely hard though. Having slicks can make a world of difference. My point is that you could still get them and be well below his budget you know?

wow if i even only had $2500 to spend a month for 6 months - I could afford to pick up 2 turbo's and PAY someone to TT my LS1 .... then spend another month on my custom twin turbo exhaust - then 1-3 months in suspension/tranny/rear end work and had a 1000hp t/a .... and then i'd be making a video calling out the 658hp cobra trying to find out why he won't race me. But still, that's a 2.2L kenne bell on that cobra, and hes running 20+lbs of boost atleast and hes trying to pick a fight/race with a naturally aspirated t/a... thats putting out 450hp approx.... that carries about as much effect as beating up a girl.... you kick her ass, you have the shame of beating up a girl, you lose, and you had better go jump off a cliff.

it's because the guys talks so much ****. sure, his car couldnt handle that cobra. but if you put $90,000 into a ****in SCHOOL BUS it will beat that cobra
the guy talks **** he cant back up. thats what this is all about
and if you had a 1000hp and called out the cobra just cuz, then he'd have a right to not race you because he never said he could. now if he was talking **** and backed down every time, then you could make a video like this one |

Yea, that guy is the head of a mustang club who basically said he has a t/a because it is faster then any stang. He is all talk. The guy with the kb isn't looking for a fight, he is looking to expose this guy for the fraud he is.
