My new ride
So yea, here's my new vehicle. It was my dads truck, but he recently got a new company truck for his new job, so i got this one, and i ain't complaining.
took some pics after I washed it today.
So yea, its a F-250, 7.3L Power-stroke, plus its got a turbo chip that added like 70 hp, and 100-something ft.lbs of torque. So, it'll move too, lol.
its a step up from my old truck, which was too small for me, and seriously lacked power with a lil 4 cyl. Plus, driving a stick was getting old.
Anyways, felt like sharing, flame, discuss, whatever..
And for the record, yes, I do live in the middle of nowhere.

Ah, the 7.3L is a good engine, hang onto it. The new power stroke is junk.

nice, not a huge ford fan, but the 250's a good sized truck, it should last you a while

Hehe, the Blazer would make it over him. But, I would rather use the Fiat.

it gets 18ish mpg i think, maybe more. Bout the same as the other truck, it could barely get 20.
And another thing, that chip cut out the limiter, so it just goes as fast as it wants, we've had it up past 100mph, the needle going down into P RND12, and it was steadliy climbing even more, prolly would have made a circle, lol. I guesstimate like 140 or so, it was kinda scary goin that fast in somethin that big. oh well, its cool.

I wouldn't try it. Diesel internals aren't meant for high RPMs.

didn't try it, did it.
RPM's weren't really high either.
