It depends a few things. My idea is that if you have moderate - advanced knowledge about automobile repair, and the price is right then its cool. Chances are that a good portion of the cars will have exterior damage, and/or mechanical issues ranging from minor to severe, and/or fragments of a human skull in the backseat

. I beleive they give you an overview to the best of their knowledge however.
What happens most of the time, is that used car dealers buy from here, fix a little thing here and there to get her running smooth again, and bump the price up a few grand.
So overall, yes the chances of you getting a car with something wrong with it are likely, but if you know cars and how to fix certain things and have access to the tools, then you should be in the clear.
