It is such a small quantity that you are putting in your tank, I highly doubt that it will have a detremental effect to the engine. I mean, 3oz in my 15 gallon tank...I couldn't imagine it doing harm at all.

As far as the mpg increase goes, I believe that may be exaggerated a bit. I'm not about to test it out on my Camaro though...maybe I'll try my moms Subaru, lol.

I had a gain for a while...

of one to two miles per gallon, easily explained by other random changes. Or not, depending on what side you're on.

I wasn't impressed with it in the Sebring.

It's already in fuel anyway, in a smaller quantity.

Of course, I run 87 instead of the 91 that the manual says would be 'ideal for best fuel economy'. I want to try alcohol or E85 but I have never seen anywhere I could fill up on it.

DO NOT PUT E85 IN YOUR SEBRING!!!!!!!!! To my knowledge Chrysler does not offer an E85 compatible engine in the sebrings. Check the dealer first. It can mess up your engine bad. Never run alcohol in an engine unless it has been modified to do so. Alcohol burns at a much higher temp than gas and can cause serious problems with seals and gaskets not to mention that alcohol burns with more force causing dramatic spikes in compression and could blow out head gaskets.
