Hey Pbf

I have a 1993 ford taurus, a champaign color. It has about 31 k miles and is in great condition. It was driven by my grandmother (before she passed away) in Sarasota, Florida to go to the grocery store and to her bloody mary parties. It has no rust. The only problem is it smells a little like her perfum. When she died it had 29 k, but we had to drive it here to illinois.

New brakes
new tires (replaced late 2004)
Everything in the car works. Radio, cassette, all the buttons and everything.
no rips or tears in the seating.

I was wondering, how much could I get for it?

I was looking at getting at least $5k for it, maybe more.

My uncle had and SHO that he ran up to 231k miles before he sold it (was in good condition, wanted a bmw) That thing was fast

Thx

$5k if you're really really lucky

My grandma had a 96 Taurus with only 16k on the clock. We only got about $8 for it and that was in 99.

www.kbb.com had this to say:

1993 Ford Taurus GL Sedan 4D - Private Party Value $1,730
1993 Ford Taurus LX Sedan 4D - Private Party Value $1,980
1993 Ford Taurus SHO Sedan 4D - Private Party Value $2,970

Of course that is not taking into account the specifics of the car, but that should give you a general resale amount.

Usually the blue book is not too accurate, it gives you more of a ballpark idea. But from what medic pulled up, it's pretty much the same as my prediction. I would say roughly $2,000.
