Haha I saw the C6 Vid a few weeks ago. I love how that English queer gets pwnt at the end of the vid. I also love how he comments on the rear of the car being "flimsy" if you will, but the entire car is made out of fiberglass for a reason...they cut down weight on this car in nearly every aspect...from the body and chassis, all the way down to the door mechanisms.

lol in the vette vid....when they raced the brit was driving the vette and he slowed didn't go as fast as he could....u could tell bc of that nice start he had but then it showed inside and he didn't shift up....so britian ended up winning....go figure....then he said if u want a car from the colonies....FYI we aren't ****ing colonies anymore....

Yeah that little british host pisses me off. He tries to make it sound like Americans are all backwoods hillbillies and such because we choose to drive full size trucks instead of those little tin can looking things they consider cars in the UK.

You have to understand, they are British, so if it isn't a European car it is automatically inferior. Once you get around their natural bias it's a pretty good show. They usually notice things about the cars most people don't. For example, how many american car shows or magazines notice the wacky warnings on the Viper or that the pipes catch the grease coating on fire when driven hard before it's really worn in?
As to the Tuscan, they weigh 500lbs less than the vette, so even though they are down 50hp they still edge out the vette. However, if you have ever seen a TVR it is a purpose built car like a Lotus Elise. All you get is a basic radio and air/heat, no airbags either. If it was built to American saftey specs and had navigation, alarm, key less entry, ect like the vette it would definately be slower. By the way, it also cost the same as the new Corvette Z06 (almost $80,000 american), which would easily destroy a TVR. You have to be careful what you see or read as people tend to naturally bias things in their favor.

Yeah I was just saying that the TVR would not slaughter the Vette by that much, if at all..I would like to see a Z06 up against those three cars and see if they would let the TVR car beat it..I bet they would...
