well i got alot of experience in this field, and to me, it does seem to good to be true. Most likely, its a raggy car with a brand new paint job. Interior is probably nasty, and the frame is probably rusted out. and since its probably a new paint job, thats all new bondo your looking at, meaning in 2 years you'll see all the rust bubble coming through the paint.

but what the hell, maybe its someone that just doesnt know the value of it, that is if it has one
