I need your opinion...
Alright, me and a couple friends have been doing some drift-type stuff on country gravel roads here localy, and I just want to know if you guys think its just stupid and moronic, or if its not really that bad.
I AM 16, and that is why I dont feel like im putting myself or anyone else in immediate danger. We are mostly doing powerslides, and when we can find the right spot, linking turns and actually drifting. WE KNOW WE ARE NOT ACUTALLY DRIFTING! And we dont care.
We usually go about 5-10 miles outside of town, and just find some corners to play around on. Or roadside camera men double as spotters, and radio to the drivers (walkie talkie) notices of on-coming cars, cows, people, whatever happens to be on the road.
Whats your opinion?

That is our first day ever. Were alot better at regulating tire speed, constant velocity, corecting rotation, and alot more stuff now. More vids are on the way.

We've got somethign like this set up around here. There was a nice, large subdivision being built about 5 miles away. They just laid the road and cleared the lots, when Katrina hit, and no one wanted to build there because it's right next to the bay. It's this place called Savanna Estates, and we go powersliding there. We've got people going back and forth in front of the only entrance, with 2-way radios, making sure that no other cars or cops show up. It's pretty crazy. My friend's 3000GT always ends up winning...

be careful man, not only are you guys running a stop sign but the cars your swinging around that corner arent exactly the safest thing. its a good way to total your ride in an instant.

omg dirving a car sideways through the dirt like that is so much fun
as long as your in the middle of nowhere, you got guys looking out for other cars, its not like your even going over 40mph, and theres no poles/trees to hit, then keep on truckin

As long as you aren't endangering anyone else but yourselves, I don't see the big deal.
