I thought that was funny as well.
I don't know a lot about manual transmissions, but that crash happened because he didn't have the clutch in, correct?

Yeah, it had to be in gear without the clutch engaged. He should've had to have the clutch in to start it, but let off. What a moron.

It looked like he tried to push it in, and then just let it out completely as you hear the engine rev as it enters the garage.
