wow, the design for the collapsible wings....... is ridiculous. even though they arent extended, the Bernoulli effect will still be present, making that car randomly jerk right and left on a windy day or when just on the highway.

I don't know, if the wing folds FLUSH up against itself, it seems like that would negate any chance of it producing lift, since it would entirely change the profile, producing equal airflow across both sides.
