thinking about buy my bro's cavalier... help me out

so im thinking about buying my brothers 2002 or 2003 cavalier (i dont rememeber which.

its yellow(not my first choice but i can get it painted)
manual(also rather have auto but i guess its fine)
Lowered
aftermarket tail lights
muffler(i know i know)
$4000

i was thinking about buying it and putting a bodykit on it( i know. its my choice. im not trying to go fast. i just want a nice looking car) then painting the car black and get black rims with crome lip. (try not to judge it, i know you will and i dont care. im not looking for a fast car. just nice looking.)

so is $4000 good?

How many miles?

I'm not going to flame you for it, but I would hate the looks of it when your finished. I wouldn't take that option if I were you, waste of money..

Stick with the stick.

Dont go too big with the body kit, keep it tasteful. And black on black is a kindof tough look to pull off w/ an import.

Good deal price wise though.

Last i checked, chevy is domestic, not import. *coughes*

Depending on the miles, it could be a good deal.

As for the body kit, go ahead, most people will dislike it, but its your car. As long as you dont act like its fast or go way overboard, it shouldnt be to bad though. As long as you dont act like its fast, your not a ricer, and by the sound of things you wont be a ricer.
