Other than the orange peel it's looking good. 
With those 3.73's and no weight in the back you must not be able to keep that thing on the ground.
The only thing I would have done differently is go with a 12 bolt rear. An elky is light, so you should be ok, but I still don't trust 10 bolts after about 400ft-lbs (even built up).

The orange peel is reduced a little after waxing, but it was a home done job. I would have gone with a 12 bolt rear also if I could have got one in time. I just didn't have the time to do it then, but I am still on the lookout for one from a GN to bolt right in.
