I've argued on this forum about this, but I lost a buddy of mine to a high speed accident due to dumbass circumstances. Yeah he bragged that he knew what he was doing. Just don't do stupid **** and risk your life and somebody elses.
Leave it for the videogames.
and he died in a prelude too
rip dave gibson. 11/28/05
the tree he crashed into had to get removed due to construction so we built chairs in woodshop using the wood and giving it to his family.

That is both somewhat creepy and an amazing idea at the same time.

His mom's the nicest lady and she wanted it done. Plus so many people helped out building the chairs. It was incredible.
But yeah, personally I would never sit in them lol.

Yeah, I don't think I would sit in them.
If I was the family, I would have them in a room that is more decorative and isn't used as much..

Anyone who brings racing or excessive speeds onto the road is an idiot. Even if the roads are empty it is not made to race. My brother in law had a purple trans am who topped at 180km/h and we'd race in closed parts of town.
We had an area where there was no traffic or anyone besides the racers and paramedic at the area.
The only 3 places where a car should be exceeding the speed limit is when:
1.It is an ambulance, police or fire truck going to save you're stupid ass because you tryed to pull some "cool" stunt.
2. It is at a drag strip or closed off area where no one can get hurt besides you and it designed to race.
3. NO WHERES ELSE.
pretty much all that apply.

I'm not going to argue this **** anymore. If you're responsible and safe about it everything can be cool.
I know I'm NOT invincible, I know **** can happen. I'm ready for the consequence.

And for all you know, so could have he. We're arguing with you because you claim you were more prepared and better than he was, when in reality, he could have been the same way you were, and just had a freak accident.

The girl I sit next to in spanish class totalled her car this morning. I feel bad.
Soo many of my friends are getting into accidents. One of my friends tried drifting yesterday and ended up blowing his front tire and running over this old ladies flower bed. And the metal wheel part (lol sorry) ripped up part of her driveway.
I wish I could have seen it haha.

That's a 5th gen Prelude Rodney.
Trying to beat a 9 o'clock curfew? Wow that's just stupid. If I'm running late I just call my folks and let them know. They even said they'd rather me be late and inform them then speed home. Plus if he's coming home from work, that's kind of stupid of his parents to still have a curfew in effect.
He was ejected from the car, so I doubt he was wearing a seatbelt. If he was, he might have stayed in the car, and his friend could have pulled him out possibly or get help right away. Looking at the video again, if he stayed in the car I think he would have been alright. Would have definitely had a ****ed up left side but probably would have lived. Looking at that road though, if he really was going 100 and tried to turn, that's just ridiculously stupid. No common sense whatsoever on that deal.
