Boy at school died
Yall prolly wont give any sympathy but i figured i'd just tell you.
A guy from school (didn't know him well just from auto tech) was racing his friend in his honda prelude. Well he went to go around a turn lost control and slid to the bottom of the corner and jerked back to the right and went to the top and jerked back to the left and went off the road and hit a tree. The cop at school said he had to be doing 100+ but the car split in half the front half laid on one side of the driveway and the back half laid about 20-30 feet away.
His prelude was bad ass and i have actually thought about gettin one to toy with you know?

He was a moron. I'm not saying he deserved to die, but that's what happens when you ignore your responsibilities as a driver and decide to race like an idiot. I feel sorry for his family and friends, but at least he didn't kill anybody else.

I feel bad for him and his family, and for the people that have to scrape his and other young teenagers' bodies off of the road every day. Totally his fault for racing, and should have known what was coming.

Ah, the beauty of FWD. When that back end goes you have to be a darn good driver to save it. Learned that with the Mazda.

Stupid kids. Racing when they have no idea what the hell they are doing. Yes I did some stupid **** in my Prelude, but I was ready to face the consequences. I loved hitting up windy and twisty roads roaring through them at 60-85mph. That's all my car was good for. Too slow for anything else.

You're just as stupid as he was. It's not always a matter of being a good driver or racer. Some things are completely out of your control, and they can kill you.

Whats to say he wasn't ready to deal with the consequences as well. You two were in the same boat, the dice just fell differently.

I agree that street racing is stupid. but when my buddies and I do it. theres either the 4 lane highway we do it on. or the 2 lane which no one goes on late at night, and never hit excess of 80.

Any road or "course" where I did that **** at there was noone around and if I ****ed up the outcome would more then likely be a totaled car.
You've got to start out slow. This kid just thought he was invincible and found out the hard way he's not.
Btw what year Lude Rodney? Get a 4th gen H22. You could pick one up for around 5k.

Any stupid **** I did in the Lude, I knew exactly what I was doing.
And I don't really do any stupid **** in the 5.0. Anytime I race it's away from residential areas and traffic or at the track.

And yet here you are condemning the other kid for being overconfident and being a dumbass. You're no different than him, you're just luckier than he was.
Like it has been said, the kids death is regretable, but thats what happens when you do stupid ****.
