im about to get my learners, anyone know whats the test is like? i know its written but what kinda qusions are there?

one question you might get asked is "what gets you more points on your liscense?" the answer is passing a school bus. i thought it was weird. another is something about the exhaust system and why it is dangerous is not working properly, that answer is that it can get into your car and the fume be all toxic and whatnot. i dont live in the same state as you though, so i don't know how different our laws are.

but on a side note, all the questions are really common sense if you payed any attention to your drivers ed class

I remember 1 was like, who do you call first in an accident, police, insurance, or something. the answer was like police, then check for injuries i think. and one was about the car seat age for kids. i dont remember

for me there was the question "How far back to you have to be from a fire engine"

There was i got messed up on the question "what must you do to drive in virginia"
well i picked you must carry car insurance because if you dont it can be a 500 dollar fine
but the "Correct" answer was you must take a DUI test if pulled over
Even the people at the DMV agreed with me that that question is BS but watch out for questions like that
there was also "if a policeman is directing trafic what should you do"
A pull over
B Draive as fast as you can and go around him
C Listen to his directions
D ignore him and turn around

i think you can get that one

just think twice about each question and the test is always changing i know in virginia it changes every 15 days so there is no way you can take the same test over again

use common sense

It has to be B!!!!

The test that I had was mostly common sense. Just be sure to read the whole question and all the answers before you put one down. Sometimes they have letter a as a right answer, but letter c is a MORE right answer than a was, so you have to read it all just to be sure.

Stay calm, maybe even read through your guide a little bit, and you should do fine.
