i was just wondering what is the BEST barrel for my spyder rodeo.....a teardrop a progressive or an all american...

and what size should i get? i already have a 12" stock barrel...should i get a 14" or a 16"?

14 inches, and I say go for the All American. But it all depends on what paint you buy.

Paint/Barrel match is key.
