The difference in a freak and a progressive is pretty large. The progressive is a 1 piece barrel. It's essentialy a cosmetic upgrade.


The freak is a two piece kit. It's insert based and allows you to do a paint-bore match for better accuracy.

teh progressive will help accuracy, but not as much as teh freak. If you want the greatest overall improvement you can get a freak would be a better choice.
